Corvias is making energy savings improvements in all homes on Fort
Sill as part of a modernization investment.
This modernization investment complements a comprehensive internal
review that has resulted in significant operational improvements,
including expanded service methods and resident engagement
opportunities, hiring resident-focused specialists and retraining
existing employees to The Corvias Commitment.
Corvias has partnered with Johnson Controls (JCI) to upgrade
specific items in your home. This upgrade involves two
phases: Scouting and Implementation. Our goal is to
complete both phases with minimal disruption for you and your
During the scouting phase two members of JCI will visit your home
to assess the work that needs to be complete and better identify
the scope of work for your home. The visit is expected to
last approximately 30 minutes.
During the Implementation phase work is expected to be complete
within one day. However, please note that additional visits
may be necessary to complete the work. If this is the case,
JCI will notify you of next steps prior to leaving your home.
If you are not home upon their departure, this notification may be
in the form of a printed postcard left on your kitchen
Because of the volume of scouting visits and implementation work
being done, the two phases will be scheduled to minimize the impact
on our residents and maximize the efficiency of the visits and
work. We ask that you try to stay with your scheduled day as
much as possible.
In most cases, residents will be notified of their scouting visit
at least one week in advance. A Corvias representative will
contact residents with the scouting visit date and timeframe at
least 72 hours in advance via a phone call on the phone number(s)
and email address(s) listed in the resident file. A friendly
reminder will also be sent 24 hours prior to the visit.

To prepare for the inspection, please:
Provide free and clear access to each area that has been identified
for an upgrade.
Restrain all pets.
JCI and/or any subcontractors will not enter a home with children
present who are less than 18 years of age unless an adult 18 years
of age or older is also present.
